HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?
Please email Private events are booked with a non-refundable room fee for your scheduled date, time slot and contract.

WHEN CAN WE BOOK OUR EVENT?
Currently, we are offering private events on the following days and time slots:
Wed/Thu: 4pm-7pm or 6pm-9pm
Fri: 12pm-4pm
Sat: 11am-4pm
Sun: 12pm-3pm or 3pm-6pm
For the team’s efficiency in conjunction with the normal taproom business, we are only offering events at specific times. You are welcome to shorten your event time, however we are not able to accommodate earlier start or later end times.
WHERE CAN WE HOST OUR EVENT IN FIDENS?
We are currently offering the Mezzanine that hosts up to 40 guests or the Backroom that hosts up to 65 guest.
CAN FIDENS CATER OUR EVENT?
Absolutely! We have the most amazing catering menu check it out here.
CAN WE OPT OUT OF CATERING?
Of course. You are welcome to have your guests order from the kitchen alongside our other guests. Please note that this option event with a private event does not give any additional privileges including faster service, shorter wait times, special items or the option to order off the catering menu.
WHY CAN'T I BOOK OUT MORE THAN 60 DAYS?
Due to the increase in the volume in the taproom, we are only booking events for 60 days out.
Can we host children’s events?
Fidens is a craft brewery. While we are a family friendly facility, we do not host events for persons under 21.
Can we bring any outside food or beverages?
No outside beverages are allowed (no exceptions). We can accommodate outside desserts for events. All outside items must be detailed to Fidens 1 week (7 days) prior to the event for approval. Fidens reserves the right to deny outside desserts at any time.
Can we bring event decor?
Yes… But, we have some rules. As Fidens is open to the public during hosted events, we hold a strict decor policy.
You are welcome to bring in table decor including tablecloths, napkins, small floral arrangements, and or centerpieces. We do not permit any decor that is mounted to the windows, walls, doors or any other part of the facility. Fidens does not permit glitter, foil, confetti, candles, or noise makers. For the comfort of all guests all decor must be PG rated and non-political. Fidens does not permit large installations, signs, displays, glitter, foil, confetti, candles, or noise makers. Balloons must be approved prior to the event by the event manager.
Do you offer anything to drink other than beer?
We have a wide range of craft beverages from non-alcoholic options, local cider, craft cocktails, and select wines.
Can we rent out the entire space?
We currently are not offering a full space rental. For a Monday or Tuesday event, please reach out to our Management team to discuss your event further.
